This Hunters Hill home was one of the typical older structures in Sydney. These old buildings are very tough, but age and wear have effects which must be corrected. To effectively repair these homes requires a good understanding of the materials and structural issues related to them.
This home includes a range of classic heritage features, and some of the original materials are exposed to weather. This is a classic old design with authentic materials and required a series of works designed to deal with some issues which had arisen like window hoods, detailing, and related works.
